1. Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery
• Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact
• Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
• Unauthorized Returns: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Send photos or videos clearly showing the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized wigs (e.g., altered length or color)
• Opened hygiene-related items (e.g., wig adhesives, care kits)

5. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Standard return eligibility rules still apply

6. Refunds

• Method: Refunded to your original payment method
• Bank Delay: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
